The house from the outside looks to be three stories, but the third story is one large loft/attic room (Jack's room) that can only be accessed through a drop down ladder in a small room on the second floor. The kitchen, family room, game room and den are all on the first floor. The bedrooms are all on the second. Jack and her father are the only one's currently there, so there are 4 spare rooms for traveling wolves and guest.
