Jacob laughed a little and shook his head a little 'Unfortunatly I dont think the Cullen Kids fall into that category... They certainly make a nice point of letting us know what they think of us.' Even before his change Edward had been hostile to him, then again Edward knew about vampires obviously, as far as Jacob was concerned before last year they didnt exist.
He smiled to Jack, she seemed a nice enough girl, she obviously knew a lot more about the shapeshifter life than he did. It interested him and it was so nice to talk to someone who knew what it was like to be a shifter, but not have them in your head. 'So your family... can they all change?' He tilted his head slightly curiously 'Are you like a pack? You know... Hear each other in your forms?' He had so many questions he wanted to ask her he really didnt know where to start.
His face brightened a little when she mentioned bikes and cars. 'Really? I love restoring cars and bikes... Oh and riding them too' He laughed a little thinking back over last year, the two bikes he had restored for Bella and himself, he still had them out the back in the garage. He hadnt ridden his since, too many memories for that. 'Perhaps we should go out for a ride sometime... Though it would have to be in La Push' He grinned to her, he needed an outlet to let his anger and stress get out.

Jack just had to laugh. He was so enthusiastic, and seemed like such a little boy. It was hilariously cute. Smilng she nodded as he spoke of the Cullens and then pursed her lips as she thought of his question of her family.
"We can all change. My aunt, my father, my cousin, me...My mother couldn't change, and she left my father and I after i accidentally changed in front of her, it was the most confusing part of my life. But yes, we can all change, but I can't hear their thoughts, we're not that connected." She said staring out into the horizon. She looked over at Jacob and smiled. What boy didn't like to fix cars? Wasn't it in their DNA or something. She laughed. They would have to go on a ride. That would be a lot of fun.
"Yeah, that would be fun, but would you be able to keep up? I mean I don't want to embarrass you by kicking you ass or anything." She teased with a smile and a twinkle in her eye. Looking back up at the slope that lead to where her clothes and shoes were, she looked back at Jacob and smiled mischeviously. "I'll race you back to the top." She said indicating the top of the cliff with her head. She got up and brushed the sand off waiting for him to stand and accept, then took off at a sprint. She wanted to feel free again, and fly, so what other way to do that, than jump off the very high cliff?

Jacob thought about what she said, wow he would love to be a wolf without the pack being in his head. Pauls constant drooling thoughts over his sister annoyed the hell out of him. Plus the pack were getting sick and tired of all his thoughts of Bella. 'Wow, I feel so... new to all of this. I wish I wanst connected to my pack sometimes, they're a right pain' He rolled his eyes and laughed to Jack, the only time he could escape them was when he was human.
Jacob made a teasing face back to her 'I am sure I can cope...' He watched her jump up and grinned pushing himself up too and nodding as he sprinted with her to the top of the cliff. The wind running over his hot skin made him gasp slightly, it was nice to run for fun, rather than because Sam told him to. He let himself fall bahind jack, resisting the urge to change. He didnt want the pack in his head, not now.
When he reached the top he looked back over the cliff and looked to her grinning. 'So what made you move to Forks anyway? The cliffs?' He chuckled a little kicking a rock and watching as it bounced down the cliff face into the sea. Most people wanted to move out, not in, but he wasnt going to complain. This girl was starting to grow on him.

Jack laughed as she ran up the hill, watching as Jacob dropped back. Hmph, she wouldn't, she kept at a steady run, feeling coyote trying to break through her cage, and snarl as she couldn't. Not anymore you don't, Jack thought as she came to a stop near her things. Sitting on the edge she looked down over the drop off, watching the water, still calm below. When she heard Jacob's question she had to laugh.
"I was forced to move to Forks. Some trouble started in San Diego, where we used to live, and my father didn't want to deal with it anymore, and he was getting mad at the fact that I was helping. So he pulled me away and brought me here." She said laughing. She knew some of them would follow her. She was amazed that Ben hadn't thrown that much of a fit, but he didn't, he just said goodbye and know they talked online a lot. Looking at Jake she could see he was curious, so she told him. "There were two new, stray werewolves, and I mean those of the moon called, which don't even really resemble wolves. Their front legs resemble those of a tiger or a polar bear, and they look like a giant St. Bernard rather than a wolf. They still are beautiful though. But, the Alpha of the pack down there was basically in a fight with the two strays and my father dragged me here."
Jack smiled out to the horizon. She had started to babble, and she only now realized it. Wow she probably sounded like an idiot. But then again, she sounded like that a lot, so what difference was it now? Looking around them, and then down at the water contemplating on whether she wanted to jump in or go for a run. She was happy being dry, and now that she was back at the top of the cliff, she didn't really want to jump again. Sighing, she looked at Jacob. He had seemed like he was having a hard time while they were running, so why not cut loose?
"Wanna go for a run?" She asked. It was a weird question and granite they had just gotten done running up to the top of the cliff, but she hoped he got what kind of run she meant.

Jacob looked around and grabbed his shoes and shirt that he had thrown off in a rush to dive off the cliff before sitting down on one of the rocks at the top. He listened carefully to Jack as she spoke, he was rather suprised by it all, but then again he was new to all this stuff. 'I didnt realise all this stuff was... Well so common.' He kicked the dirt with his feet frowning a little, hearing there were all kinds of things out there he never knew about bothered him a little. The world was suddenly a totally different place all together, but where were the bounderies? Who was to say what was a myth and what was real?
'Sorry to hear that... I wouldnt want to wish Forks on anyone' He chuckled looking out to sea 'Sorry to hear you left one fight to come so close to another too.' He sighed a little, he was willing to fight for Bella, but he didnt really know exactly what the future held. If however that bloodsucker even tried turning her he would rip him to shreds. His eyes narrowed at the thought and a soft growl came to his lips.
Her question broke him from his thoughts, he looked to her a little suprised then took a moment to think about it. There was certainly someone on patrol which would mean he would have to be so careful with his thoughts... 'It would be great to let my hair down a little.' He smirked a little, he was sure he could handle being a wolf around her... They were bound to know about her sooner or later. 'Just to warn you though, my pack will know about you when I phase... Well at least who evers on patrol or in wolf form. Unless they ditched' It was a possibility, not all the pack were 100% reliable.
He stood and stretched a little and bolted for the trees, a moment later the head of the Russet brown wolf stuck his head out from the trees and sauntered over to Jack, his shorts tied to his ankle for convinience. His head was quiet which was a god send, he didnt need other peoples thoughts in his head. He reached down and took his shoes and t-shirt in his jaws and looked up to her tilting his head slightly, a playful yelp coming from his throat.

Jack sat and watched Jake, waiting for his response and reaction. When he shook his head and spoke softly, talking of how the other wolves would most likely get in his head, she just shrugged. No big, she could take care of herself. She watched him get up and walk to the woods, keeping her eyes on the horizon as she stood and listened to the sound of paws moving on the gravel towards her. She smiled when she saw him and laughed, turning and stepping into the shape of the coyote she was.
Gold eyes stared out from her skull at the russet wolf beside her. Shaking her gray-tan fur, she licked her long muzzle as she wiggled herself out of her bikini. Yipping, she looked at the larger wolf, her slender legs and paws moving quickly on the ground. Bending over, she grabbed her clothes and shoes in her jaws, and took off towards her car, jumping into the open window and dropping her stuff. Jumping back out, she saw the large russet wolf still by the cliffs. Throwing her head back, she let out a yipping howl, then let loose and ran for the trees, continually looking back for the russet wolf, and listening for all of the other creatures that could be around her.

Jacob grinned wolfishly at the coyote before him and watched as she dropped her stuff in her car. He tilted his head slightly in question as he padded slowly up to the car and throwing his stuff in gently, better than leaving it on the road side, though the shorts would remain tied to his ankle, he hoped she didnt mind. He watched as she started to run his ears turned up at the sound of her yipping howl, he decided against howling too, no doubt his pack would recognise it anyway.
He ran after her, his large paws pounding against the soft earth as he entered the forest after her. He watched her ahead and barked playfully, being able to run for fun was fantastic. His ears were alert though, making sure he knew what was in the area. The coyote was a lot smaller than him, in his wolf form he could easily be mistaken for a small bear from a distance. Still his speed wasnt to be under estimated, easily keeping up with Jack.
He slowed slightly though as he started to pick up familiar scents of the pack, there had been a patrol in the area recently. He stopped looking around the trees and having a sniff. It wasnt Sam, it smelt like Paul, thank god he must have already changed back. He padded forward over to where Jack had stopped waiting for him and grinned to her. ((sorry for the wait.. and rubbish reply :s))

Jack looked up at Jake. Her eyes narrowed slightly. He was huge, in human form he was big, but looking at the wolf beside her, she couldn't actually call it a wolf, and couldn't really call it a werewolf. Werewolves were just as big, but they could at least pass as dogs in the dark. Jacob, wouldn't even be able to pass as a bear, which matched his size, let alone a wolf.
Yipping at him and taking off into the trees, she just ran. It was probably one of her favorite things, running. She ran east, and farther east. Keeping pace and smiling when she smelt the scents of her family. She had come onto her property, and she could smell fresh scent of wolves. They had been there recently, meaning they probably had smelled her. Great. She kept running though, staying away from home, but staying in the eastern course. When she noticed the change in smell she stopped and turned around her, knowing she was still on her property but not on wolf land. Taken a coulple steps back in the direction she had come, she smelt wolf again, and then taking steps back she was back with the vampires smell. Deep in thought she sat, staring ahead of her thinking at how she was literally caught in the middle of whatever was between these two peoples.

As soon as they reached the border Jacob stopped dead in his tracks and emitted a low growl from his throat. He sat down on his haunches and watched as Jack crossed the line again and again, his ear twitched slightly in irritation. She could cross the line freeley, but he certainly wasnt going to risk it. Though he had considered it several times, if he crossed that line though he wouldn't stop until his teeth were sinking into that filthy bloodsuckers neck. He watched her for a moment then sauntered over to some cover, before coming back out in his boxers and leaning against the tree.
'Yeah thats the line' He smirked at the Coyote, she really had little idea of the feud she had just walked in on. 'We run patrols all day round, but Sam seems to think there is little reason to. He recons the Cullens wont give us any problems... I beg to differ though.' Sam had too much faith in the blood suckers, or at least in the fact they wouldnt dare cross the line. Though Jacob knew that very well might change in the current climate.
Jacob was ready for a fight though, if Edward wanted to fight he wouldnt dissapoint him. He stretched his arms upward and yawned. It wasnt like he didnt have the strength to take him on, sure his mind reading was a problem but he would manage somehow... It would all be for Bella's benefit after all. 'Trouble could start any moment, so I would be careful if I was you and your family.

Jack sat, watching Jacob go back into the bushes then coming out as a man. She tilted her head to the side and listened to what she had to say. A playful growl escaped her chest and muzzle as she thought of trouble. It would be interesting. She moved lithely around, rubbing her body on trees and bushes as she went. Looking up at Jake, she stared into his human eyes, almost daring him to cross. Wagging her tail, she barked and then came back over the line to his side, and sat in front of him. She had played the pet dog before, when her cousin needed a pet to discourage someone from messing with her. It had been interesting.
Looking up at Jake, she went to move down the line, to and started to run then sputtered to a stop waiting for him. She was going to make him her personal tour guide if he didn't watch out. It was fun running around with him, he was a good guy. A good friend, at least he could be. Barking at him, she jumped in the direction down the line, moving her head trying to get him to come on. Bad thoughts were lame, he needed to have fun, and she could supply that. I mean, what kind of fun is it when you sit and sulk about something that is extremely stupid like the treaty thing and the whole "evil" vampires. Finally sitting she waited for him impatiently, hoping he wouldn't mind hanging out with a small coyote.

Jacob kneeled as she came over and smirked a little ruffling the fur on her head playfully. He laughed as Jake ran off up the line 'Alright but I ain't gonna cross that line... You might be able to but I can't' He smiled and jogged after her, even as a human he was a fast runner. He was enjoying with Jack, it was strange, after all he had only recently found out hat he was a wolf. Now here he was running with a Coyote...
'Bet Forks and La Push is very different to what you are used to' He smirked as he jogged along side her. He had never lived outside La Push, he had wanted to travel, but his dad needed him around. 'Wish I could get away from this place sometimes' He chuckled, he loved it and all but he knew there was so much out there to see.

Jack listened as Jake ran beside her. She barked and whined as he spoke of how Forks was different. It was different. Other than the fact that it was in a completely new place, it was too green. Where she had lived had, had green but there hadn't been all kinds of trees like Forks did. It was beautiful and nice in Forks, but the fact that it was different was still unnerving.
She barked at the idea of travel. She wanted to travel so badly. She wanted to go places that were far away, where she wouldn't find someone who knew what she wasn't human. She just wanted to go somewhere where she could be free. She barked and howled a whining howl as she ran, enjoying this. She hadn't spent quality time with Jake. She hadn't spent time with anyone like this in a while. All she hoped was that she had found a new friend.
